What is Wrong with this Comcast Ad?

Maybe Im weird...or maybe Comcast is. But today when I was doing my typical surfage of the internets, my eyes fell on odd ad. It was an animated woman walking on a tredmill. And there was a syringe...which I could move around with the mouse. All this was before I saw the Comcast logo, so I figured it to be some ad advocating stronger drug regulations in professional sports, or perhaps some warning to women about the dangers of strange men injecting substances into you by means of a syringe.
