Bush: 'World Is Watching' Washington Fix of Wall Street, President Bush on Monday said 'the world is watching' Washington as it tries to come up with an economic recovery plan that will prevent the bottom from falling out of Wall Street, and urged lawmakers on Capitol Hill to avoid gumming up a bailout bill.
