McCain Ad displays "HANG" above Obama's head

Remember in 2000 when the Bush campaign released an ad that "accidentally" dropped the "Democ" off of "Democrats" in one frame, leaving only the rats behind? Apparently Rove's buddies are at it again, this time chopping off the C and E from "CHANGE".
