Biden a 'mistake,' Giuliani says

Sen. Barack Obama made a "big mistake" when he passed over Sen. Hillary Clinton, the most anticipated speaker at Tuesday night's Democratic convention, for Sen. Joe Biden as his vice presidential running mate, Rudolph Giuliani said Tuesday.
