Humanitarian Aid Arrives in Georgia, The first of C-17 planes carrying humanitarian supplies has arrived in Tbilisi, Georgia, White House Press Secretary Dana Perino said Wednesday. Another is scheduled to arrive tomorrow with additional supplies.
